Mr. Press’s extensive career spans senior-level roles and consulting engagements across diverse financial disciplines, including small and medium-cap lending, structured finance, asset-backed lending, supply chain finance, securitizations, mergers and acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, alternative investments, merchant banking, private equity, and hedge funds.

His experience in the U.S., Europe, and Asia encompasses complex transactions including initial public offerings (IPOs), leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs).
