Spence Novick has nearly five years of experience with TAP, where he currently serves in a key role supporting a diverse range of clients. His background includes a senior analyst position at a private credit fund, where he was instrumental in the originations team, managing investments across various capital structures. His expertise spans alternative investments and business development, where he has identified and executed investment opportunities.

In addition to his private credit experience, Spence has served as a consultant to large private equity funds, bringing deep expertise in early-stage investments across industries. His focus on financial strategy, capital allocation, and management consulting has been key to his success across varied client engagements.

Spence holds a degree in Finance with a concentration in Alternative Investments from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
