Russell Dash has been a Senior Executive for both private and publics companies for over 20 years.

As President and a founding member of Pioneer Capital Group, he has provided financing to small and mid-sized companies from a range of non-traditional financing sources, such as: family offices, funds and specialty lenders.

Prior to joining Pioneer Capital Group, Mr. Dash was the Senior Vice President of Sales for Rewards Network, a public company that was the nations’ leading financial services and marketing company serving the restaurant industry. At Rewards Network he was a key contributor in growing the company’s North American operations.

Prior to his time at Rewards Network, Mr. Dash was the Vice President of Sales at iDine.com. In that capacity he helped launch the company’s ground-breaking real-time marketing program for the hospitality industry

Mr. Dash’s professional experience has included successfully operating a construction company in New York City, and several years as a partner in a Boston based real estate company.
