Larry E. Thompson - Chair
Mr. Thompson spent most of his professional career as a leader within the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), a provider of post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry. Ultimately rising to chair the company’s operating committee, Mr. Thompson was an integral part of the company during a time it operated in 16 countries and, through its subsidiaries, automated, centralized, and standardized the processing of financial transactions, mitigating risk, increasing transparency, and driving efficiency for thousands of broker/dealers, custodian banks, and asset managers worldwide.

Dr. Ramachandran Ramanan
Dr. Ramanan is a professor in the College of Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame. He has been a Lilly Faculty Fellow, Arthur Anderson Faculty Fellow, and the assistant chair of the Department of Accountancy. He has also taught full-time at Northwestern University, the University of North Carolina, and in short-term programs at Oxford University during an academic career that spans more than three decades.

Dr. Ramanan is a professor in the College of Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame. Maynard Hellman
Mr. Hellman has more than 40 years’ legal and corporate business experience, representing clients in both private and public sectors. Additionally, he has been both an investor and a principal in many finance and real estate companies. As an attorney, Mr. Hellman began representing lenders and real estate developers in commercial transactions and corporate clients in business transactions in 1971.

Maynard Hellman
Mr. Hellman has more than 40 years’ legal and corporate business experience, representing clients in both private and public sectors. Additionally, he has been both an investor and a principal in many finance and real estate companies. Christine C. Chang
Ms. Chang has 25 years’ experience in institutional and family office asset management with both traditional and alternative investments. She has led senior management teams to build operational and regulatory infrastructure and technology, developed strategic marketing plans, and cultivated high net worth client relationships. Ms. Chang has advised hedge funds, private equity funds, firms building their alternative investment business, family offices structuring investment vehicles and direct transactions, and portfolio companies in transition.
