Especially since the start of the pandemic, the acceleration of every aspect from a business perspective has been spurred in good and bad ways. Timelines, IT implementation, discussions of the future, and thoughts of retirement were all jump started. 

With all of this in mind, the senior partners at TAP have been intricately involved in all manner of industries and have seen all kinds of things unfold throughout the years. Representing over a hundred years of experience, each contributor has faced their own successes and challenges. This gives us a fundamental grasp to better anticipate the needs of our clients and navigate windy roads with knowledge and assurance. 

Our belief is that consulting, advisory, and corporate coaching encompass many aspects. They all require knowing your client and understanding the entrepreneur. Unless you know what they are trying to grow, you won’t have a fundamental understanding of what needs to be done. At the end of the day, you’re trying to provide and encompass solutions for your clients, a skill that is best formed through experience.

As we’ve grown, TAP has refined our offerings into three things. We bring our own capital, provide access to the rolodexes of the TAP partners and their capital sources, and we offer  human capital, the resources of the people that create TAP. Our goal is to utilize all of the tools available to our clients, guide them through the turbulent times, and empower them to excel in changing environments.
